By using this website or making a purchase on this website you agree to these terms and conditions and all policies provided herein.

About Backcountry Warehouse
Backcountry Warehouse is an e-commerce merchant, we only sell products online and only to residents of Canada. We only ship to Canada.
Our products are carefully selected from hundreds of merchants/manufacturers. We arrange warehouse-direct pricing and shipping to save you money.
Customer Account
In order to make a purchase on Backcountry Warehouse we require that you create a Backcountry Warehouse account. It is not possible to process and ship orders without knowing who you are, where you live, your method of payment, and how to contact you.
A customer account is for a single-user only. You are not permitted to share your account with other individuals.
Our Suppliers
Backcountry Warehouse suppliers are found all over the world. As a Backcountry Warehouse customer, you gain access to numerous suppliers’ products through our website. All orders placed through Backcountry Warehouse are subsequently sent to a supplier for processing. We reduce the risk associated with international purchasing by handling customer service, including returns, right here in Canada. That means, you do not have to deal directly with suppliers but can still take advantage of great prices, quality products, and quick shipping.
Our Customers
As the customer, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding contract and that you agree to these and any other terms and conditions set out on this page or anywhere else on this website including product-specific terms and conditions found on individual product pages.
By posting to this website, you grant irrevocable non-exclusive license to use for any purpose any such content. This includes reviews, comments, contact form submissions, any other form submissions, and any other content created by you and submitted to use via any means.
Shipping
There is no charge for shipping.
Our products come from all over the world and shipping can be complicated. So we wanted to save you the hassle. The cost of shipping is just another cost of doing business. There will never be shipping charges applied to any order from Backcountry Warehouse.
Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellation
We do not issue refunds for orders that have shipped.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not working simply contact us to arrange a return and we will ship a replacement.
If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations for some other reason, simply contact us to arrange a return and we will provide backcountrywarehouse.ca credit for use on a future purchase.
Backcountry Warehouse credit is valid for one year from the date we receive returned merchandise.
When you place and pay for an order on this website we arrange processing of the order which includes product selection, packaging, and shipping. Your order may be shipped before your order status is updated. You may cancel your order if your order has not shipped, to determine if your order has shipped you must contact us. There is an order cancellation fee of $5 + applicable taxes.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the laws of the Government of Canada any dispute or claim arising from this agreement shall be subject to the aforementioned jurisdictions.
